Ariza wasnt even negotiating.. He was just simply stating that a fight with Floyd will be damn near impossible now that the NSAC closed the door on USADA which was Floyds first road block..

Obviously option 2 would be to fight Cotto cause Arum can set that up with no BS in between... Hopefully we dont see this though...
