TS has no reason to provide evidence... its innocent until proven guilty

if someone goes to court for murder, do you all of the sudden try them for every murder? or only the one you have evidence to prove he did
anything else is speculation...

well, if you're going to take stand on a subject, be sure you can defend it. Fact is, Margarito was caught trying to cheat against Mosley, and sure it's possible that he did it before, but there is no evidence to support that.

& if you're a fan of the sport, you can see how Marg would have given Cotto hell based on style alone.

The only point I'd argue that he didn't even cheat against Mosley. The knuckle pads they found only constitute an infraction under CSAC rules and they never found plaster when they did their tests.

Furthermore, the suspension is purely political as the CSAC wanted a suspension at the initial hearing prior to doing the lab tests.

It was a witchhunt from the beginning.
