Why couldn't Steward just admit he was wrong?

Errr... Dude. Mosely is like 39 years old. Clearly had overtrained and just looked like **** after 2 rounds.

I'll say again. He had Mayweather dancing like he was the pide piper of hamlin and then just did not do anything for the remainder of the fight until the 12th when he realised he might need to knock him out.

Just man up and admit that Mosely, 5 years ago would be fast enough and ferocious enough to have Mayweather splayed out of the canvas within 3 rounds. Don't deny it man - just admit it: it's OK.

My personal belief is that Mayweather is hiding a china chin beneath his brillitant defence and the fighter that can expose that at the moment is being ducked by himself with numerous (and completely random) demands such as money splits, location of the fight, random 'drug testing' etc etc.

Also, the fights you cite are a non-issue. Toney is a fat bastard who has well documented and quite obvious obesity problems and Pernel is a horrible style match up for Chavez. Mosely ever 3 years ago would have probably destroyed Floyd with those rapid chopping right hands which are an excellent style to find Mayweather's quite frankly suspect chin (no surprise considering his family history of dire chins).

This whole board called for a Mosley fight, its the same thing with all of Floyd's fight, when he fights them then the excuses come out. When he beats Pac, you will hear Floyd was just too big, and every excuse in the book. Only a person close to Mosley's camp would even have the slightest knowledge if Shane overtrained, you never heard Shane say he overtrained, that wasnt the issue. Shane's hands were fast all night, he looked like Shane Mosley always looked, just a different specimen in front of him that night.

Of course he was wrong. Most people were wrong. They thought Mosely was going to be actually good. Turned out he was completely shot, gave up after 2 rounds after making Mayweather do a funny dance for 3 minutes, rolled over and took his cheque home.

You can only judge what turns up on the night and trust me - that is the worst Mosely that has ever stepped into a boxing ring.

A prime Oscar gave a prime roided up mosley a boxing lesson in their second fight. Mayweather is twice the boxer that Oscar is. Mosley couldn't beat Mayweather any day...

never! So what if Floyd got caught...he got caught against Judah to, but he ended up dominating him, and beating him down, as well as breaking him down. What are you going to say about that fight? If Judah was in his prime he could have beat Mayweather? hell nah! that's ******...
