No, I'm sorry..... Dan Rafael has not been able to put anyone "in their place"..... for a long long time.Dan Rafael of ESPN.com put Haye in his place Friday, calling him a “chump” and a “fraud.”
“He is a fraud if he takes that (Harrison) fight. It’s one thing to take that fight if you keep your mouth shut and just go about your business. Fine. No problem at all. But when you yap and yap and yap and yap for years about the Klitschkos and get them served on a silver platter with a deal that makes sense (as in no options and 50-50) and you still flee like you just got caught in bed with your best friend’s girl, you’re a chump and a fraud.”
— Dan Rafael, Boxing Chat, June 11, 2010.
Isn't Rafael sick and tired of picking his own credibility up off the floor?
That is just Rafael's opinion, which he is entitled to make..... but he only described the start, and the end, he did not describe the whole story, which is why he has no credibility.
Rafael, as usual..... forgot to take his keep-it-real pills.
1.) When Haye had nothing, he was desperate to fight a Klitschko
2.) K2 ****ed that up by low-balling him
3.) Haye fought golem and won the WBA belt
4.) Haye is no longer desperate to fight a Klitschko
Rafael needs to pull his head back under the covers and stay there.....
The Haye story contains 4 distinct steps as out-lined above.....
How the **** could a supposedly "creditable boxing analyst forget the two middle steps, and only focus on the first and last?
After examining Rafael's decision to be particular about what he remembers, I deduce that he is just another butt-hurt Klitschko fan
But I do agree that the Harrision fight is a joke, or to be more accurate, a payday.Comment

On a side note.....
Anyone know anything about that fdotorres kid ?
That funny kid sends me Red K, along with a message inquiring about my feelings
to which I replied, stating that he was about to become my second "ignore".
He then sends me a message indicating that he intends to own me online in a posting war, but after I reply saying "anytime kid"..... he put's me on ignore
The funny thing is..... not only has that ****head kid never even replied to any of my posts, but I cannot recall ever reading any of his posts ?
Is fdotorres just somebody's second account? Sort of like a ****-stirring account that they use to abuse people without ever actually having to get into a debate?
Anyone know?Comment

I was not concerned with who was ducking who. My point was only that Harrison as well as Sosnowski do not and did not deserve to fight for a title based on what they have done in the ring. However, I really had no problem with Vitali fighting Sosnowski. Simply because he has fought nothing but top ten fighters since he came back so I had no problem with him taking a stay busy kind of fight. As far as Harrison is concerned, the fact that he is a former Olympic champ is irrelevant at this point. And all that matters is that he is a known fighter in England so that means money in the bank. And in reality he is just another in a long line of fighters fighting for what use to be one of the crown ***els of sports who have done little or nothing at all to get in that position. And even if he came in undefeated he still would not deserve the fight based on who he has fought. However, if Haye does fight Harrison, I will be a huge fan of Harrison's on at least one night of his career. And I bet you can't guess which night that will be, can you?Who was Vitali ducking in order to fight Sosnowski?
I did criticise him, but far less strongly than I criticise Haye, because as far as I'm concerned he wasn't ducking anyone in order to take that fight. He didn't fight Sosnowski in preference to Valuev. He made Valuev a very good offer and Valuev turned it down. Plus there was far less notice in which to get a credible replacement for Valuev when the negotiations broke down, because he wanted to fight within 2 months - whereas Haye doesn't plan to fight until November.Comment
