Boxing is also a business with ratings taking center stage to revenue, fighting a fighter of whom can be considered a virtual unknown to the mainstream
      is not good business sense.

You can call Sergio a duck if he declined Dzinziruk and I think most would disagree only because nobody knows who he is in the first place.

I watch boxing to see the best fight the best not what fight makes the most money. I don't care about that. I wasn't excited about Floyd-Oscar, I couldn't give two ****s about it. I already what was up with that fight. I am not going to be excited about Martinez-Cintron. I already know what is up with that fight. **** the casual fans, I don't give a **** about them either. I was praising Martinez back in 2006 when everybody else was saying "who is Martinez"

Martinez and Dzinziruk are 2 of the 3 best JMWs right now. P-Will being the other. Don't talk about me about this business ****. Because, I just don't care about that. Again I don't watch boxing to see the biggest money fights like I guess some of you do. I watch to see the best fighting the best. And, that is what Martinez vs P-Will or Dzinziruk will be. If he chooses a ****ty ass fight like Cintron then is a duck plain and simple.

Sergei needs to realize he needs to get a lil more American exposure if he wants to fight the bigger names at 154. He should try to land a spot on an HBO undercard against anyone, even some bum just to get his name out there.

Or he can try to do what he can to make himself Martinez mandatory fight.

Those are the only two possible ways.

                /your argument

I bet there people on these forums who don't know who either Dzinziruk or Martinez are, let alone the general public, so neither of them have room to be saying "Who's ____" anyway.

Martinez deserves a much bigger split, not only because of his accomplishments, but because the weight of this ever happening on HBO depends on the names featured for the telecast. There have to be viewers that will watch and make the investment worth while to HBO. Martinez has been on HBO 4 times and Dzinziruk hasn't. So if Dzin has big $$ demands, don't count on this happening.

Martinez wins by KO anyway if this fight miraculously gets made.
Did Sr not say that he doesn't want Floyd to fight southpaws? Now you add what Roger said then how is that the /of my argument? Did Roger also say that about Pac? Read what I said don't just skim through it.

Youre preaching to the choir, but youre not Sergio. Of course we fans dont want to see a Cintron fight, but put yourself in his shoes, if he was offered say alot more for it, then its best for HIM to take it, thats whats wrong with fans and their comments most of the time, they dont put themselves in the shoes of the fighter.
