Sugar Ray Robinson was the fn man. Muhammad Ali just makes it even more epic. James Brown just tops it off!
And if that wasn't enough Floyd Patterson and Joe Louis add a touch more of something special.

Floyd has and will always be a protected fighter, he does not have the ability to beat SRR. Floyd is barely a top 50 ATG theres no comparison between these two fighters. SRR by KO and its not even close.

Pacquiao VS SRR would be the best possible fight that could be made in the history of boxing. It would be a 50/50 fight with possibly a late TKO win for Pacquiao.

Pac is way too small for Ray and his chin wouldn't last at all, Floyd would of been a bigger challenge for Ray then Pac.

It's in no way 50/50 chance and definitely no TKO for Pac.

                  I like the music.

After watching this video I have concluded that floyd mayweather would have been knocked out cold/maybe even dead in round two of the mosley fight, if SRR landed the "six inch punch".

The way to describe ray robinson is like a human jacksaw, who just relentlessly cuts your face up until you either get knocked out or quit the fight.

for those skiny arms his punching power is amazing.
Floyd mayweather dosen't have the gritt and heart to go toe to toe with SRR.

SRR would break his arms, when he hits him with those punches.

X-ray of floyd mayweathers arms after the fight (ouch!):

After watching this, do you really think that floyd would stand a chance?

SRR dont seem to be doing anything spectacular. Its just those guys cant get out of the way of the swing punches.

                    Greatness.

That left hook he threw to KO Fullmer in the rematch is a thing of beauty.

His punching style kind of does remind me of Shane Mosley the way he loops them sometimes. But it's safe to say if Sugar Ray would have landed that same punch that rocked Floyd that Shane threw, Floyd would been on the ground looking like he's having a seizure or unconscious.
