You got the questions wrong.

Floyd doesnt have to do anything extra outside the rules, he just have to make weight, which is a commission rule, to satisfy pac's demands.

Pac has to do something extra, outside of the commission rules to satisfy floyd's demands.

The standard $10K weight penalty of the commission is chump change when you're earning 8digit figures.

Its not Mannys demand that Floyd make weight, its the commish. The point is, Mannys not happy with the fine and Floyds not happy with the testing.

that dont really have anything to do with these negotiations. This is 2 different fighters and difference circumstances. I could argue why floyd asks for tests when he has never asked for them pryor to this fight. you understand we can go back and forth with this.

These are new negotiations. in this negotiations pac has the right because floyd has cheated before and pac has never been tested for drugs so he doesn't have to abide to floyds demands.
