Floyd earned about $8mil more than manny in their last fights. Yes floyd ahd the 24/7 promotion but HBO opted not to produce a 24/7 for Manny. While i don't know why they didn't my guess is financially it didn't make sense.

HBO always invests in floyd because he is proven to generate a bigger box offica and ppv sales. Also floyd would be "selling" the fight to the mainstream public. This is why I would lean to him being the "draw" and manny the "opponent"

I think in March it would be 50/50. I don't see how floyd doesn't negotiate more given the ppv sales. And since floyd/ssm did more than pac/cotto (both opponents have a big name) then I think floyd has even more "leverage" regarding the money split.
