I agree with you as far as boxing and fans are concerned but if you are objective about what is good for "him" he is doing the right thing being protected. He can't cut it at the highest level. If he tries he will be KOd and look bad doing so and it will be difficult for the spin masters to keep the charade going.

MmuhammadM,Maidana won't be fighting anyone for some time due to legal issues with his manager. The hold up in his career may well effectively finish him as a force in the division.
If Khan had more fans like you he would be forced to fight as his joke canned fights would not pull the money in. His gullible fans are part of the problem.

MmuhammadM, It is standard procedure from Team Khan the spin masters. They can't fly straight if they tried and and do a one on one simple deal with a fighter.It just does not generate the interest and print so they say Katsidis/ Casa for a stay busy fight . Call out Maidana when they know he is tied up. Mention Alexander,Bradley and Marquez ,Diaz. Speculation and bull**** is always part of the post fight procedure. We were in the same spot with the proposed Marquez fight before Malignaggi was made as the next opponent. Right now it is just standard Team Khan crap talk but what do you expect from a them? July might be on ,might be off. Marquez is a bigger fight than Maidana. The usual garbage.
