That means Random blood testing is very successful as a deterrent doesnt it , or you are assuming that loads of athletes was on PEDS and the test failed which you have no evidence to support , your own result figures say it works at lowering PEDS use in sport .

I'm curious to think how many people you think were doping. I mean 28 out of 10500 is still a pretty bad number. Maybe more were doping, but the fact 28 tried to cheat is pretty pathetic. They would have gone by without it.
