Yep and that takes time , in the meantime they are looking at trying to make the big fight as clean as they can make it within the time frame , how do you suggest they go about that ,, thats right I forgot you want no testing outside a piss test , at least today someone watches the sample is coming from the guy its supposed to , in the old days they just got a buddy to piss in the jar ,,, piss test is a joke , no way can it be as accurate as blood and urine .

the even greater problem is that boxing is an international sport. I like your idea of one sanctioning body doing year round testing. that way, those who want to be legit will do year round testing (much much better than just testing during training) in order to be ranked in that sanctioning body.

If this is true...why has blood testing caught more people on EPO?

How is that true though? What makes testing boxers any different than testing a skier, or a weight-lifter? I'm not sure what relevance the sport has to the actual testing.

I agree with your concerns with implementing strict testing on a national level. I don't think the state commissions, sanctioning bodies, promoters or fighters have any interest. Eventually it will be forced on them by the government as it was in baseball. It just hasn't happened because boxing is no longer on the radar like the other major sports.

In all sports where the WADA code is used. Why is that the case? If they are all taken at the same time, thus it doesnt matter-as you say?
