nope, USADA have their own agenda, its about their own integrity as testers who grants full OST, if they start doing that, unseen consequences can arise.. like olympic athletes asking for cut-off dates and if they refuse em, it would come across as favoritism,corruption,etc

USADA are more about principle and integrity than anything else, i feel they could careless what floyd and pac really wants but floyd only happens to be advocating what theyre doing
