Floyd fanatic. I just love to repeat. USADA: no pay no test. floyds payment for Mosley fight is up to April 13 only. That why USADA stop at 18 days before May 1. floyd knows how to beat that random test he initiated. But for sanction fee for the belt floyd wont pay even a cents.Comment

nope, USADA have their own agenda, its about their own integrity as testers who grants full OST, if they start doing that, unseen consequences can arise.. like olympic athletes asking for cut-off dates and if they refuse em, it would come across as favoritism,corruption,etc
USADA are more about principle and integrity than anything else, i feel they could careless what floyd and pac really wants but floyd only happens to be advocating what theyre doingComment
