You didn't say that, Master coach and trainer of the year Freddie Roach said that.....
Okay, At that time it was a difficult thing to go abide by the commission's rules because they dont get involve in contract negotiation, And Team Pacquiao originally agreed to the OSDT (Verbally).
And the only reason the NSAC are now trying to do something about it is because the whole testing thing has blew up and they recognise the need for a change and a better one at that.
My theory has alway been that Pacquiao didnt want the fight for March 13th but some member of his team talked themselves into negotiation with Mayweather when they were never ready for it, They wanted to play the media/fans with the "We wanted Mayweather but he didnt want the fight so we would fight someone else in March" so that people would say Mayweather ducked Pacquiao.
Like i said 5 months ago when i suss the game Team Pacquiao were playing! Pacquiao is going to fight Mayweather with no cut-off date because now they are ready, they werent ready for march 13 and thats why they made their excuses and ducked the fight.
Not too many people remember, or know that... They seem to forget key information that doesn't compliment there agenda.Comment

Let's just all hope that the commission decides to start using OST and see what FLOYD will do then if Pac will agree. Is he going to officially announce to take 1 year or 2 OFF? Let's just wait and see...

yes they do, if both boxers agree to OUTSIDE testing. Curious, did floyd ask NSAC for better testing?
and is 14 days a must for blood testing? seeing that USADA took more urine than blood, and didnt take a drop of blood 18 days prior. I know I know, they had a right. Does that mean its better to have the right than to actually test if it was so important?
You dont get it.
Boxers cant ask for outside testing because of course once the fight is over the contract between boxers is over.
Year round testing is supposed to be regulated by who exactly if there is no boxing commission?
This is nothing but the same tired argument of you want better testing BUT this this this and that. You dont really want better testing.Comment

See this right here, now that's an honest opinion, may not agree to it but it's respectable, not some wise arse girly/woman-ish reply.

ok. i wanna hear this from u. what if floyd accepted pac's 14 day cut off. would u justify floyd or think otherwise that he is not really on fighting pac peds free on their fight?Fact is the USADA did it right for the Mayweather/Mosley fight, and both fighters had a long period before the fight without having to give any blood. USADA should be allowed to chose when to stop the blood testing as they did with the Mosley/Mayweather fight. Pacquiao shouldn't be allowed to dictate when will the random blood testing stop, he should just abide by the USADA's decision. I still don't understand why the possiblity of a blood test 2 weeks before the fight is such a problem, we've already seen that it won't happen unless the USADA has a reason for further testing.
Let's just all hope that the commission decides to start using OST and see what Pac will do then.Comment

You're right I think Pac gets forced or agrees on the testing and that the only problem now is about the money split.
On the flip side I think they might be really close and are still playing the steroid game or allowing the "public" to play the steroid game to cause more drama/numbers for the fight.
Mayweather "announced" that he was taking a "break" from boxing when Pac was supposed to be recognized for an award. You think people where talking about an award? No it was about Mayweather. There are smart and VERY tactful people behind the promotion of this fight. At least I think so.Comment

What are these guys talking about?? Saying there was no need to test floyd and shanes bloods after 18 days and thats why they didnt?? Makes NO sense to me whatsoever, are they able to smell roids from a distance and then somehow decide more blood testing MAY be needed and in this case didnt bother. If blood testing was agreed right up the fight then it should have been done imo and not avoided because they didnt "feel" it was necessary, who makes that call i wonder?? someone in the pay of one of them maybe LOL
What can actually be done in the 14 days up to the fight that cant be caught in urine and a post fight blood test? Arnt fighter normally easing down in this peroid anyway?Comment

You see that's the kind of attitude that makes people believe that die hard Pac followers don't want to see the fight happen. There will be no justification if/when Pac agrees to random (no cut off) OST and Mayweather pulls out. None.
Mayweather has stated for months that if he beats and sells more PPV (right or wrong in his head he thinks that made him the bigger draw) there will be no cuts offs and he wanted the bigger share of money.
I agree with the testing part but not on the money. I hope he agrees on 50/50. That is the only issue I see. I think the testing wont be as big as the money will be this time around unlike last time.Comment
