The Olympic athletes compete in many events leading up to selection for the O team , they want to make sure the competitors are clean throughout , if boxing was run by one organization and USADA testing was mandated they would be testing licensed boxers randomly all year .

In this case they can only do it from the signing of the fight , which will guarantee they are clean over that time frame and thats is all that is required , you fail .

The Olympic event every four years is just the culmination of all the sporting events in different countries, and with the respect they give the sports they test their athletes every game they participated, not just on the Olympics every 4yrs. But Boxing don't have a thing like that but fights are scheduled on a case to case basis. This exactly is the reason why there should be a USADA test as soon as training begins in a scheduled fight and no cut-off date. If a boxer has not signed up for a fight, no one's going to test him. The same way with the athlete in Olympics, if he's not participating in a sport for whatever reason, no one's knocking at his door for blood samples, cuz why would they?

If anyone here doubts that Floyd maybe doping as we speak, then you can bet your bottom dollar that Pac is doing the same thing, if not twice as much dope.
