I'd give him a chance against everyone but see him losing to Martinez and Williams.

This is tough to answer because we wont know how much he "lost" in prison.

After that he could take anybody.

Williams fucks him up the worse. You dont go to war with Paul. Kirkland would get stopped he doesnt move his head.
dzinziruk would be a good match, it would be veeeery interesting to see how kirkland deals with sergeis jab. S.Dzinziruk's jab is the best jab in boxing today

Kirklands old self beats anyone in the division besides Martinez and maybe Williams. I think he can beat them but definitely not as sure as anyone else

Yes it is. I didn't realize he was that good. 2 things for me: will GBP keep ann on as his trainer and can he still make 154?

Kirkland used to walk through punches and just scare the **** outta people like young tyson. He will need 2-3 tuneup fights. He should see if they can get fernando vargas to fight him.

he beats everyone on that list apart from

                Miguel Cotto
                Sergio Martinez
                Paul Williams

Maybe the bulk from the extra weight from prison might even come in handy for James lol!

Assuming he looks good after his tuneup fights, Kirkland creates alot of interesting scenarios in the 154 and 160 division. If he fights heavier like 168, even better. He is a threat all around. I'd like to see

                    Cotto-Kirkland
                    Kirkland-Martinez

at 168 it would be cool to see kirkland-ward. Kirkland-miranda would be a fun fight to watch

He has the potential to beat everybody but Sergio.

I think he would smash Paul Williams in a war. Burner, Williams hardly moves his head either. He just throws like crazy knowing barely anybody has the reach to tag him. He goes to war with Kirkland it could mean lights out. Neither of them are defensive and Kirkland hits just as hard if not harder. Would be a friggin war though. I want to see him beat up on Angulo & Kermit the Frog the most before he steps in with Williams or Martinez.
