Do you think a prime cotto would have beat Pac? If the answer is no, their can be no valid reason to downgrade Pac in anyway. A prime Hatton, barrera, Morales, Clottey and even DLH wouldnt beat todays version of Pac is how i see it.

Can't agree with all of this.Yea he beat's Cotto,But he does not beat Hoya,Erik in his prime beats Pac as he did before.Barrera and Hatton lose.see I alway said he is a great fighter but he loses certain fights with the other fighter in their primes.

I agree with the original poster that is Pac beats PBF he will be above SRR.
He keeps doing things hes not supposed to do, and more impressively than anyone could ever imagine him doing.
At this level there should not be any easy fights, but pac is making it look easy.

He batters greats like Barrera, and Morales for his warm ups. He then does the business on Hatton at his best weight, and then DLH and then Cotto. Perforamances that cant be bettered by anyone in the sport. He then beats Clottey like he has never been beat before. Clottey has fought WW's all his career and it took a 116lb guy to say that is the only time he felt he lost a fight. And was in survival mode the whole fight.

Pac is above SRR ability wise. But just to be polite and not offend anyone we will say he needs to beat PBF to cement it.

Pac is top ten ATG already. Everything subjective so there is nothing wrong in putting him there. He is the standout boxer of this generation, so the top 10 has a space for him. And an olden day boxer can move out of the top ten.

Pac deserves a top 5 space because he is the standout boxer of the past decade. No one to compare to him

When SRL was around there were people around him who were comparable to him.
So Pac obviously has set the bar too high for people to follow him. He is deserving of a top 5 now. If he beats PBF he is the GOAT alongside SRR.
