I'm one of the biggest fan of Cotto on this website but i have always tried not to be biased on my comments and in my opinion, I would say NO at this moment to Pacquiao.

Cotto should take another opponent like Berto or even JCC JR. then he can face Margarito (if he gets his license) for lots of money because he will be able to demand almost a 70-30 purse of a big payday because this fight will sell great and Margarito will not be in a posicion to demnadn much. After that he can probably look at Pacquiao or PBF for another huge payday.

I must admit that I have said here that Margarito should not earn a big payday because of what happen with Mosely and the plaster issue (and probably Cotto among others) however I would like to see Cotto get his revenge and I'm pretty sure that Cotto will win a rematch especially now that he has shown trust in his corner.

True there is alwasy space for surprise and can be beat on his way to that Pacman or PBF payday, but if he goes to those paydays inmediately he will probably be risking more than that. Plus he should get use to his new trainer at least for 1 more fight before going into the top dogs.
