I dont that moving up to 154 would make a different outcome. Emmanuel better start preping him now for him to have a chance. But Ill be rooting for Cotto then hopefully we'll get a Cotto-Pacquio III. Great trilogy possibly???

Just hope its not at 150 and only for cottos belt. If its gonna be between 147 & 154 and they both fight in both weight classes the fight should be for both belts or none. Pac cant have the advantage all the time. Just want to see another good fight.

Pacquiao got a rematch vs Morales and though he didn't get hurt as much he did lose convincingly. Cotto still has a punchers chance, but he mustn't trade punches and waste his energy in the beginning like he did. I also believe he can look much stronger if he doesn't have to go down to 146, because he didn't gain much weight during the night of the fight. I still believe he can't take a punch like he used too, but I know he can make a smarter fight and use the jab a lot more.

If this was to happen, this would surely be at 154, there is no point it being at 147. Although personally I don't think you can base a rematch on 2 good rounds that Cotto had at the start of their fight even though Pac would be face a better Cotto at 154 than he did at 145. Still the only reason I would like to see this fight is to stop Margacheato getting a Pacquiao cheque.

cotto is a pressure fighter. no matter what he improved under steward, he'll never be the same fearless fighter that he was prior in his career. there's NO WAY of beating pacquiao if you hesitate. cotto hesitated plenty of times during foreman's fight, even after foreman hurt himself

i still love cotto as a fighter. he still brings tons of entertainment to his fights, but he won't beat pacquiao or any world class pressure fighter (maybe angulo or a pretty worn out pressure fighter)
Killer instinct? Dude he tried to trade HARD shots with Pac in the middle of the ring and on the rope..he was throwing hard hooks at foreman early when he backed up with that jab in the 2nd..he tried to knock his head off in round 7..i say he still has it..

And yeah Cotto is at his best when hes pressuring..but damn it again nobody sees hes good when hes on the counter..hello Mosley and 1st 6 rounds of the rito fight..even early rounds of judah..i mean wtf its obvious he can counter with the best of em..

AGAIN im not saying he'd win..but it would not be like the 1st fight where PAc took over after 4/5 rounds...ya can count on that.

it cant be for the 147 title if they agree on a higher weight than 147 dude...i say IF there is a catchweight..it should be 150/151..perfect for Cotto..
