IMO
fight week is a fine cutoff point judging by what we saw on 24/7
we saw Mosley having issues providing, not blood, but urine because of him cutting weight that week. It is something admittedly I overlooked and as a fan of testing NOT that Floyd wants it, I think it would be fair to have some cutoff point where the testing seemingly is fair yet takes into account what a professional fight goes through during fight week
now people will counter well Olympians do it as well
but when an amateur is subject to this chances are he is fighting year round, keeping his weight down to fight levels continuously, something professional fighters do not do for the most part
in all honesty if you are a fan of testing being changed I think some cutoff point is indeed fair not because of what a fighter says but what they indeed have to go through, which is different than most athletes in the moments leading up to their fight

if fighters slow down training a week b4 the fight then giving blood if necessary shouldnt be a big ***in deal, right? U just poked another hole in the logic of team pacq urself.
And ur closing statement has been confirmed by what expert?
my whole point is for the alleged purpose of the testing (preventing and catching ped use) a 14 day cutoff is enough.
do random testing the 1st 6 weeks of camp.
even do one blood testing right at the cutoff date. schedule it to make sure there is no longer than 14 days in between blood tests.
6 weeks of random blood and urine testing , 1 blood and urine test 14 days out , 1 blood and urine test right after the fight.
that's enough.
to say it isn't is just ridiculous.

I think Based on their experience, the USADA should decide the cutoff date for this fight if it were to get made, as they did for the Mayweather/Mosley fight. I think that is a great compromise.

is random testing for 6 weeks in training camp except for the final week and a blood test post fight enough?
honest opinion.
it's a 14 day cutoff.
they end camp and move to vegas (if it's in vegas) a week before the fight.
there is also a blood test post fight.
would that be sufficient enough for you , if you were a trainer of a fighter , to ensure no peds are being used?
I think fight week, 7 days, is fine

So now the question is how more far is Team Pacquiao willing to cave, appease, satisfy, and pacify to Mayweather's Demands.
He's always said this, true, but now it's tagged on as the reasoning for his now allowing the drug testing.
Interesting, but i guess someone had to bend. In the end, it's about wanting to fight and make money.
