Cotto should go back to 147, that's his best division. A fight with Chavez shouldn't even be considered, Cotto should fight undefeated champion Berto.
The best fight would be Floyd at 147 but Floyd will not fight Cotto.
The main idea is for Cotto to get back to 147 because he doesn't have the height and reach to fight the bigger guys at 154 and there is no need for him to take risks at 154. Anyone who wants to fight him should come to 147 because Cotto is a superstar and beating Berto would make him a bigger draw, because at that point he would have beaten 2 undefeated champions and maybe a Floyd fight can be made.

Cotto is a real warrior, and he ducked nobody, ever. Chavez is probably the easiest name mentioned, but AM got caught cheating and Pac is stuck on Floyd, so Jr. is it. J.C. Jr. will lose that hand picked, home made, propped up, gaudy zero.

          co-sign that

Except for a fight with floyd. Maybe it could be arranged and all but I'm afraid that would be a relatively easy fight for Floyd.

Yea but he holds the 154 belt, and you either defend it or lose it....right now Cottos career is at its last stages and he wants the big fights, big money mostly. If Floyd or Pac would agree to a fight at 147, Cotto would move down in 3 secs to 147, but until he gets a big fight at 147, hes staying with his title at 154

Cotto looked good Im glad to see him back in the ring, 154 pounds though worries me Yuri cracked Cotto good in the 4th and wobbled him a bit imagine if he had power, plus Cotto hit Yuri with some hard shots and Yuri took them well hes now fighting against bigger fighters.

Cotto vs Martinez will kinda be weird very hard fight for Cotto but I can see him winning.

Cotto vs Williams NO WAY just to big and long throws to much punches to much disadvantage for Cotto

Cotto vs Margacheato HELLZ NA damn cheater is what caused all his problems his tissue on his face cant even take shots anymore before that fight Cotto really never got cut now he swells like crazy dont give that chump no money

Cotto vs Chavez Jr. is this an early 2011 April fools joke lol dude Jr could wear Margacheatos hand wraps and use the same steroids he got caught with in his last fight and he will still get his ass man handled, come on now he has more fights than Cotto I believe yet he hasnt fought anyone in the top 20 hes fighting bums and hes rematched like 3 of them thats disgraceful. Puerto Rico vs Mexico are normally the best fights a good rivalry this would be the easiest victory to date for PR

Cotto vs Mayweather I believe Mayweather would win but hey I wouldnt mind seeing it would be interesting

Cotto vs Pacman he couldnt fight him at 147 made him fight him at 145 with rules in contract about rehydrating for the fight ( Cotto couldnt gain weight ) and now he wants to fight him at 154 MY BAD its probably gonna be like 151 lol Pac would still win only cuz he hits too damn hard and Cotto cant take a good shot

Cotto vs Angulo if damn Cintron was able to outbox him imagine what Cotto would do plus we dont want to here Angulo cry after the fight saying Cotto didnt stand up in front of me and fight he ran around me all night the guy sucks Cotto would outbox him easily and maybe even stop him by late KO

If Floyd doesnt wana fight Manny he should fight Cotto! That'd be a big fight! Also, Cotto is past his best which would probs be a fairly safe fight for 'Money'.

                  Cotto vs Berto!!

y I see some people talkin s*** bout how Cotto just beat a weak cat in Yuri? If thats so then y didnt Pac fight him instead of ackin scared talkin bout he too big 4 Pac? lmfao! Cotto vs Berto is what I wanna see, but as for the options stated, Cotto should never allow AM another $/title shot, but he def should fight Martinez (after 1 more tune up). But Imma push Berto to call 4 a match wit cotto!!!

Tony & Pac are both very tough fights for Cotto.
