Just a simple question of whether you're a boxing fan who wants to see the biggest fights possible regardless of who makes a little more than the other or not.
You're not in a position to talk to me about logic and understanding business. I understand the business just fine. You wanna talk about logic.
What's more logical, that the fight happens with a 50/50 deal OR that a fight happens with Floyd taking the bigger cut? You see you may think you're arguing what's logical but you're not. Logic would tell you Floyd isn't gonna get more money, and it's just wishful thinking. So all you're really doing is arguing for Floyd's interests, nothing more. You're not telling us anything I don't know, friend. You won't admit this because it's a blind spot only others can see.

Fans who say they love boxing talk about Floyd's fans more than Floyd. When they talk about Floyd, it's always in reference to Floyd being scared of Pac, Cotto, Margarito, Shane...and they know Floyd isn't scared of any of these guys. Yet you wonder why Floyd's fans react the way they do. They have to be getting tired of the bull**** *******s and Floyd haters talk daily about nothing. Same ole same ole lol...

This doesn't sound good but it's still early in the negotiations, I'm presuming.
What I am reading from this is that they are at a stalemate in round 1? of the negotiations. While Pac agreed to the previous terms, Floyd wants more now. That's why Arum is talking out to the public, due to this stalemate.
It's called negotiations guys.

Originally posted by hitking View PostOK, Mayweather's not gonna get a bigger cut, so no fight, at least not right now. Because as of now, in his return, Mayweather has outdrawn Pac by 500K PPV buys in two events for each. And before you say that's not much, that's over $30M in revenue. So if you don't think he has a fair arguement that he deserves the bigger cut, that's your opinion. So if team Pacquaio can't look at those numbers and accept that they are the lesser draw in this situation, its their fault for not being realistic and if the fight falls apart because of it, in the end it falls at their feet. Like I've been saying, you're not gonna work for less than you deserve, so why do you expect these guys to?
