That information I did not know.. But that didnt stop the fight from happening though.. It was the drug testing procedures that Pac has now agreed on but are gone now according to some people on here..

some of these guys rather quibble about a percentage splits and PED testing than actually see the fight. they are floyd fans more than boxing fans.

Considering Pac has taken all these test previously (shown on 24/7 and other videos) and passed everyone while also subjecting to take a test right after his fights, doent that merit him as not being on PED's?

In which he has also agreed to the previous 14day which is now gone, doesnt that show he is trying to make the fight happen..?
