Cyclists are asked to get tested as well. With stricter rules than what are suggested by Floyd, many cyclists have gotten away. It's a cat and mouse game. The cheaters try to find ways to hide the truth and agencies find better ways of testing.

I'm sure that Manny, if he did take PEDS, could find a way to do it, especially during the non testing period. It's still a risk though ...
