              Outside of Roy Jones type athleticism. I think a superman punch is generally too telegraphed for elite level boxing. It also appears to leave you too open right before the strike and in terrible position after the strike. Especially if it's a bad miss. In a game that's completely about punching, it's not as effective. Looks like it works in MMA though.

                Yes it is allowed. However, any boxer who gets hit with it should have to forfeit his licence right there on the spot.

                Is it against the rules in MMA to slip a punch?

                  lol, you guys are funny. Dissing the punch because it's in MMA.

                  It works in MMA because kicking is allowed. It's basically a fake kick, punch. People think the kick is comming and get punched instead, so it isn't as easy to see comming in MMA, as you people think.


                  In boxing, if you get hit with it. Then, I don't know what to say.
