just my humble opinion but i think there is a difference between being shot and being ineffective.....
for me you are shot, if you become flat footed and your punches have no snap (DLH v Pac)..... however if you are unable to find a way to trouble your opponent then isnt it just a matter of losing to the better man....??
For me a shot fighter doesnt look like how mosely looked in the last round.... he looked ineffective certainly but I think its hard to say the mans shot - he looked like he was amazing physical shape to me....
he did look a bit tired after a round 2.... but only for a couple of rounds.... a man who has gassed doesnt then stay on his toes for the next 6 rounds...
for me the better man won - plain as.... and i reckon that if shane fought berto he'd more than likely blow him out the water...
i know people hate floyd so please dont red k me or insult my race just coz i offered an opinion on NSB !!!
That remains to be seen...we don't know what SSM does after this fight...
The handspeed was still there but he was gunshy and didn't know how to attack his opponent...especially since Floyd used the high guard...
So then hypothetically, if Mosley fights Pacquiao and gets kncoked out in say, ten rounds, or beaten decisively, he'd be shot right? Or did FLoyd Mayweather just ruin him?

Your just trying to argue for the sake of arguing.
Shane is/was not shot during the Mayweather fight but he definitely isn't a prime fighter anymore. Anyone with a half a brain and that watches boxing understands this.
No fighter, with the exception of some freaks throughout the history of boxing can be 38-39 years old and be the same fighter.
Morales was shot in their 2nd and 3rd fights.
He wasn't the same guy, no where close. I mean at least Mosley still had the speed to catch Mayweather and hurt him. Morales turned to boxing and staying outside to avoid Pac's speed and power. In his prime he would have never done that, come on.

that explains how tough shane is,
and how soft floyds punches are, he couldnt even knock out a gassed out old shane, shane was just taking floyds punches like a pillow with springs on them.. shane will just bounce back from them lol
aight its funny to see people saying pacs opponent after the fight is all shot
while b4 the fight those same people are the one that say is gonna whoop pacquiaos arse LOL
while b4 the fight floyds fans say shane is old and slow and floyd is gonna whoop his arse but now they say shane still has power and speed LOL
