not prime but not shot either during the first 2 fights. if this is about that fighter of the decade thing, i would stick pick a win over a past prime morales compared to 2 wins over the great linear champ baldomir and the extremely motivated zab judah.

you do know that it's pretty much a wasted effort trying to argue these things just to prove mayweather should have won more foty awards since picking the fighter of the decade doesn't just involve counting foty awards of the same decade, right? it's all about the overall body of work and achievements, etc., of the entire decade... not just spreading your wins thin enough thru the said decade so you can win fighter of the year multiple times.
