Tua would get stopped. I don't care what he's been able to withstand in the past, there is no way he could go 12 with big Vitali right now.

What do you mean "in the past", the dude took everything Lennox Lewis could throw at him and laughed it off. No way no how anyone in this division is knocking him out. He'd take Wlad's beating also and smile at him at the end of the fight.

Remember, this is an older slower Vitali.

You misread it just as I though people would. I said "since Lewis" not "better than Lewis". You don't remember critics and general posters saying that about Peter, Gomez, and Arreola? Everyone kept on saying; "Gomez is the most skilled fighter Vitaly will be facing since Lewis...."; "Peter/Arreola are the hardest punchers with the strongest chins Vitaly will face since he faced Lewis...." What happenend after that? "Oh, they were bums anyway..."

        You don't remember that?

Older and slower maybe, but reportedly stronger and we all know the punch for a lot of HW's is the last to go. Chins go a lot faster than the punch. Also Vitali's work rate would make it so Tua would just be gassed. Vitali is better than Tua in pretty much every way. Vitali also isnt Lewis. Now I am not going to say he is better than lewis because that argument is so played, but I will say this, Vitali is meaner than Lewis. Did you see how he looked at sosnowski? Vitali was mad that the man was still standing there taking his punches. Vitali also doesnt care if you live or die, to quote him "if he dies, he dies." Best case situation is Tua gets Ko'd worst case situation is he tries to go for the full 12 and winds up dying in the hospital later that night because he no longer has a face.

Dave hasn't been a top heavyweight since 2003. He hasn't proven he belongs in the same ring as the Klitschkos yet.

Tua would get owned by either Klitschko, in the amatuers, in his prime, now, and when all three are in retirement homes... He was never that skilled of a fighter, evidenced by the fact that he never won a strap...He had a great chin and very good power but that will only take you so far. Even Sam Peter has better skills than Tua.

Tua always had good hands, he just couldn't get into the correct positions. I don't think he'd get knocked out by Klitschko, but he'd struggle. Prime Tua would probably give Wladimir more trouble than he did Lewis, but that isn't saying much. I just can't see Tua being able to land anything big. I'd prefer to see Briggs against a Klitschko out of the ''no hoper'' brigade, because he at least has size and has more potential to land something big.

Right now though, Tua, Briggs and the rest are just side attractions with no real credibility at the moment.

Tua would never land a punch on Vitali so big K by UD because nobody is ko'ing Tua but his corner might throw in the towel if it is too onesided.

That was then. He wouldn't have gone 12 with Ahunanya back then either, but things change. In 2010, Tua ain't taking Vitali's shots and grinning. He's saying good night early. I hope it happens, so we can bet on it.
