Yeah I do. 15 rounds > 12 rounds. The stamina of today's fighters are not that great. It'd get rid or draws and it would further separate the level of fighters.Comment

Yeah, but someone else could then say let's change it to six rounds if it's eight. Then before you know it, boxing as we know it would be banned. People are going to be hurt regardless. But a line has to be drawn somewhere. And at the moment it is at twelve. If it has only saved one life it has been worth it. I'm sure it has saved more.Well if that is the case and the fighters have died in 10-12 rounds should all fight be 8 rounders? To really make sure nobody dies?
We are acting like fighters have not died in the 12 round era. it's mostly incompetent referees and handlers who don't protect fighters enough by beatdowns. If we have better refs, like we should anyways and handlers to protect a fighter. Then 15 or 13 would really not be that bad.
Referees have a hard job. They're wrong if they stop it too soon, and are wrong if they stop it too late. I don't think most people want to see fifteen round fights again anyway.Comment

A 15 round Klitschko vs. Haye fight would be a very interesting match. If Valero were still around, can you imagine the sheer brutality of a 15 rounder? Damn.Comment

Those three extra rounds are too detrimental and retire fighters earlier if they still had the 15 rounders.Comment

I remember the 15 round fight, and I prefer the faster paced 12 round ones. The argument for less draws is invalid because any number of things (point deduction, knockdown, even rounds, etc.) negate the benefit of an odd number.Comment
