At least Jesse is off of a good win, and after that I guess Bute can smack Lacy around since Stieglitz has no interest in fighting Bute it would seem.

Once group stage one is over in the Super Six, there is no reason for Bute to not fight one of them, if not both. Karoly Balzsay would have been a better choice IMO but Brinkley earned his shot.

It's not a big fight for Bute but the nature of the sport is that a man can work hard and get to a title shot. An achievement in itself. Well done, Brinkley.

He's fighting IBF #2 Brinkley and then his mandatory, the winner of Bika-Mendy.

Hopefully Mendy will win. Since Bute's already defeated Bika, I'd sooner see him fight a different opponent in Mendy.

Interesting, now that i think about it if they want to make a Hopkins fight it makes sense to show Brinkley-Bute I hope they do. I like watching Bute fight. I really want to see him tested before I label him the truth. Canada is like 5 minutes from me I have no problem rooting for the guy...if hes the real deal.

I havent seen Mendy fight before. Is he any good? Can he beat Bika?
