at least Brinkley is ranked high in the IBF and has improved as a fighter and has a good winning streak going for him

but I expect Bute to win inside 4 rounds with a body punch KO
Kid worked his way up the hard way,i think he deserves this shot.

the wait will probably be worth it, Bute vs Super Six winner (or losers meanwhile) will be huge

          yes he does

actually I'm happy he couldn't fight Bika, I was afraid he would lose to Bika and that we would be forced to watch Bute-Bika II

Heres my question, when is Bute going to man up and fight outside of Montreal,it is about time he stepped it up outside of his comfort zone.

Steiglitz promoter has turned down a fight with Bute. Pavlik wants a warm-up at 168 before fighting Bute. He's already defeated Bika. The Super Six are tied up in their tournament. Dawson is fighting Pascal.

So tell me please, who else is there?
              Maybe Sartison or Balszay?

There's definetely not a lot to chosse from that's for sure. Hopefully Bute will take on one of the 2 elimated after the groupstages of the supersix.

                Expected move.

Would have preferred Bika instead though but it is what iti s.

he makes more money fighting in montreal. why would he want to make less money for a fight with odds that will probably be 10 to 1 or more

i'd agree with you if he was fighting someone in the super six, those should be in neutral places.

The two highest-ranked potential opponents in the IBF rankings are Brinkley and Sakio Bika. Bute already has a wide decision win over Bika.

Brinkley won an IBF eliminator against Curtis Stevens a few months ago in a great fight on ESPN2. So he probably deserves the opportunity more than anyone who is available.

sad... Bute locked out of the 168 lbs tourney. this fight ain't HBO worthy imho.
