There is absolutely no doubt he stopped throwing the combos he used to throw and he could have knocked out both JMM and Mosley but he didn't even bother pressing the fight except to the point of winning comfortably.

Its amazing how Floyd's workrate has reduced since 130 lbs

I honestly don't see that much of a difference in boxing style, before he still fought in bursts, but it would be more then 1 or 2 shots, now since he's put on more weight, his workrate has gone down, as it does with most moving up in weight. What's amazing is that he's still winning even with such a low workrate with one of the highest landed punch % in the sport.

Williams beating Floyd is a joke.
Williams is a freak show - nothing more nothing less. He will never be an elite fighter like Floyd.
I do agree that Floyd should throw more punches. It's crazy to think how many punches he could land if he threw over 1000 punches in a 12 round fight.

strange indeed.
The guys Floyd actually fought were quality fighters, and should have been able to take advantage atleast a little bit.
If this was a real issue anyways~

He's not in his physical prime anymore but he's never been better mentally...
And Paul Williams would not beat Floyd...too many holes in his game...you take away P.Will's workrate and he'll have tons of problems...
Someone such as P Williams is the right style to control and beat Floyd. Williams has the work rate that doesn't stop until the final bell. Williams also has the height advantage. This is important because Williams can throw over Floyd's rolling shoulders defense. Floyd plays a chess match and HOPES his opponent will slow down at one point and play chess with him. Williams doesn't care much about chess.
Yes, Williams has to work on some things that I saw against Cintron. First, he can't fight like he did the first few rounds where his corner told him to slow down and PLAY CHESS. Second and more important, he needs to work on how he lunges after throwing his right. Cintron was waiting to counter with his own right.

Less but more accurate punches, less mistakes.
