HEY. Just saw your reply post to a guy who asked "WHY DOES EVERYONE SAY NO BUT DOESN'T EXPLAIN WHY?" I like how you responded because it was dead on. These younger fans who don't know their history thinks MAYWEATHER is a boxing GOD. Whoever started this thread has to be a MAYWEATHER fan. HAS TO BE. Anyway, here was my post on the topic.....

Pernall defense was better, if he sit back like floyd all the time he would almost never get tagged too, but he didn't do that, he atttacked, he tooked risks at times. And Mayweather copied some of his tricks, he beat the **** out of the other Gayweathers, if floydy didnt have guys like him to nick the moves from then he would be a no one

Sweet Pea was a great defensive fighter and I would say the greatest defensive fighter, but these 2 fighters have different styles of defense. Mayweather answers with great counter punching after making an opponent miss. So I would say sweet pea is the greatest defensive fighter but I would say Mayweather is more effective by making a fighter pay for missing.

I actually would watch sweet pea fight and hes flashy as hell, very good, but floyd makes you pay.

I like the **** sweet pea would do though. behind the back punches etc.
