I sat around a Khan fight and some are boxing fans that go to fights in Royal Albert hall and Excel etc...
These are Chavvy trash who go to watch fights but are not that knowledgeable.
For example they will know Naz but not know Barrera. They seem to like the Mitchell type fighters, East end lad, true Brit not just nationality but actually Ethnicity too.
Then you have the general public who loved him as a youngster for the Olympics. Great he got us a silver. Good story to be the only entree as a boxer and at 17 too.
He had some good fights, most always exciting, bad or good for him. However maybe the fact that Frank Warren had a PPV deal with Sky affected some of his shine.
No general fan will think he's being arrogant by talking cassamoy, katsidis and juan diaz when he was still pretty green.
Arrogance is not an issue IMO because Calzaghe got a lot of hype after Kessler. Even after Manfredo tbh.Comment

You're just contradicting yourself. First you claim that "he doesn't" want to fight the best, and then you contradict yourself in the very next paragraph, claiming that he "deserve more scrutiny and more critisism" exactly because he "want to fight the best". Well done making yourself look like a hypocrite. No, Amir and his joke fans have a choice.
Amir could have fought the best and been a champion. Or he could've accepted his role as a B level fighter until he was ready to step up.
Instead, he has behaved like a B level prospect, facing handpicked opponents, while claiming that he wants to fight the best and having his idiot fans eat it up and say that he was going to fight Maidana.
If you want to claim that Khan is B level and cherry picking then fair enough. Instead you act as if he should be highly-rated. You act as if he wants to fight Maidana, Alexander and Bradley. The truth is he doesn't, so you shouldn't be surprised when you get called out for yet again overrating him and giving him more credit than he deserves.
I defended Khan when, as a prospect he took it slowly. But once you hold a belt and act as if you're the best and want to fight the best, then you deserve more scrutiny and more critisism.Comment

Khan nuthuggers are in a difficult position. Alexander tried to face the best, but they wouldn't face him. So his went for plan B/C, which is Khan's best win, and the guy who KTFO Khan in less than a minute. Now they are accussing him of 'cherry picking' for that
What?

Did you miss the words 'act like'?
Khan claims to want to fight the best when the truth is that he doesn't want to.
Khan claimed he wanted Maidana, but we all know he doesn't. Despite that his idiot fans acted as if he call out meant something

Considering that Malignaggi and Urango never fought I think this is a good time to point out how ****ing ****** the average Amir Khan fan is.
Urango lost to Andre Berto... at 147 lbs... in his only fight there, and the fight went the distance. Urango also went the distance with Hatton in his lone loss at 140.
Alexander knocked him out. He one upped Hatton and Berto.
He also beat the **** out of Witter who lost only a narrow decision to Bradley. So he one upped Bradley's result as well.
Khan has only matched the results of those who came before him.Comment

Right, but can you name another Freddy Roach trained 23 year old light-welterweight world title holder from Bolton of Pakistani heritage with the initials AK who has done better than Amir Khan?Considering that Malignaggi and Urango never fought I think this is a good time to point out how ****ing ****** the average Amir Khan fan is.
