Fighting 140lb opponents will not bring him any respect.
While I agree 140lb opponents won't do a whole lot for his resume right now (given the names, and what they have accomplished) I'd still, and I believe most boxing fans, would await these matches in anticipation. Berto vs Bradley or Alexander, or Maidana, stylistically these are great bouts to think about. You can't forget about Clottey, he's still in the top 10 in WW, stylistically he is a difficult opponent to break down, and a lot of guys don't want to bother facing him. Mosley, I'm not sure about, like you pointed out. Before he considers moving down in weight, try to get a fight with Clottey or Mosley, prove yourself against these guys who have been in the ring with some big names...if he can't get those fights, which I think Clottey will take in a heartbeat, then try to get Alexander, who I think will take that bout as well.

Could anyone tell me that how Senchenko became the WBA welterweight champion in place of Shane Mosley? I will be thankful to you.

Shane was stripped of the title because he never agreed to terms with WBA for the Mayweather fight. Since Senchenko was the regular champion and Mosley was the super champion, it ended up going to Senchenko.
