I didn't see his training vid, but it may not be a very good indicator of where he is at when performing for a press camera.

Holy can look great in a training vid but none of that matters when they get to the real fight, know what I mean? I am sure Vitali will be fine tomorrow or maybe look bad on purpose to sucker Haye into a fight.

vitali has always been very awckward. he lacks fluidity but once the bell rings,,his size,, strength,,,ring smartness and awckwardness gets him through. looking great in open workouts doesnt always win you fights

the workout closest to the fight is almost always the easiest - most laid back one.

keep in mind the real training has already been done. im sure vitali put in some serious work in the gym, and if he didn't - well then hes so good he doesnt even have to train apparently.

I'm surprised nobody commented on the ballerine dancing. That's what frightened me the most. What the **** is that ? What is it that ballerine dancing is supposed to improve ??? That looked ****ed up to me.
