Google cotto fight only sells 12000. I am shocked as yankee stadium is second coolest place to fight besides cowboys stadium. I thought cotto could bring in 40000 puerto ricans

If Bob was going to put it there he couldve atleast put JuanMa, Salita, Negron and Calderon on the undercard.
It has no business being at Yankee stadium, YET Rafeal reported that they opening it up to 40,000 seats. You guys seriously take just some random dudes word over the internet seriously?

Cotto has a big following and all, but he's coming off a bad loss and Foreman is not a star.

Top Rank should have put JuanMa and Gamboa on this card I bet it would have done better.
Bob Arum that the ***ish Community would come in full support but he forgot they will all be under 1 roof instead of shellin gout 200 dollars lol. This fight needed s stellar undercard and people are not buying trash anymore.

If Dan's reports are accurate then hey, that's great.

I still think it needs a much better undercard. 30,000 people show up and it could be a stinker event (no lessons learned from Pac/Clottey apparently).

The undercard is pathetic, that's why I won't show up till the third to last fight but is this truly a surprise? Arum is the slimiest of all the guys in the sport and puts on the worst undercards. That says a lot considering we have Gary Shaw and Don King.

Whether Dan is right or not. This is really a **** fight. Cotto is cool but who the hell is Foreman. This undercard couldve been alot better.

Bob is using arenas as the draw in his fights.

Pacquiao -Clottey would have done far less at any other venue.

I agree that arum is using places to sell tickets. If this fight was in atlantic city I would not go. I do think the fight before cotto is great. Undercards are not the same anymore does anyone remember the revenge the rematches ppv. I think chavez sr, trinidad and roy jones all fought on same card.

Yes. Sounds like a very solid source.
