I feel you reed but if this fight is for July this is a stay busy fight, and if that's the case I have no problem with Khan fighting a lesser opponent at 140. Provided he fights one of the top dogs of 140 in his immediate fight after.

The fights with Limmond and Gomez were very early in his career when he had a Commonwealth title. He had Oliver Harrison the world champion kickboxing turned boxing trainer.
You cant really compare those performances with him now.
