he fought Hopkins at MW with a bad hand....thats adversity!!....he was facing adversity against Griffin in their infamous 1st fight and responded.....Roy beat Tito with a tore bicep or some **** like that.....and I will NEVER forget the 3rd fight with Tarver when he was hurt and it looked like he was gonna get KTFO again, he manned up and started to walk Tarver down!!....come on man, Roy Jones is a boxing God!!....praise the man!!

He was up against a tough customer.

He looked like he was heading to toward loss on the cards.

Then he ****** it up and won the championship rounds.

Also I believe hes broken his hand before and still won the fight. Maybe the Olympics.

Roy is a Top 50 ATG Fighter based on in-ring accomplishments alone. Not even considering he was damn near super-human in his prime. Also, his 2nd fight with Tarver wasn't the first time he faced adversity moron.

truth is has faced adversity many times before that, he was also slightly drained and broke his wrist mid-fight against hopkins, playing basketball then having a proffesional boxing match on the same day pushed his stamina, fighting with a fractured wrist against telesco, fighting with a torn bicep against trinidad and the most famous, being heavily weight-drained against tarver

and as for jones chin, he got tagged a couple of times against harding, a guy who broke tarvers jaw, and 3 ribs
