In North America, Mayweather is the bigger PPV draw.
In Asia, Pacquiao is the bigger PPV draw.
Overall, I'd say Pacquiao is the bigger PPV draw worldwide, considering that he not only dominates the PPV in his own region, but also gets some of the largest PPV sales in Mayweather's region too.Comment
