I wouldnt be disappointed if the fight is not made because Floyd decides to stick to his guns.He has worked his socks off to build a brand and I dont see why he should just give his hard work away to some guy from some country because people are calling for a fight. This is business and every penny counts.

Everyone should reap where they sowed
fair enough..what do you think the purse split should be for this fight?

exactly....the purpose of this thread is who deserves the bigger split, and we as boxing fans care because the split and the drug testing are the only two things that are in the way of this fight...!!

I think it should be 60-40

But I dont want them to struggle even more with negotiations. Like alot of other people I just want to see the fight happen. Im sure they could do 60 to the winner and 40 to the loser as both guys are confident in their chances of beating the other.

i agree with you on that..dont want them to struggle more as i want this fight to be a possibility...but boxing doesnt work that way (60 for the winner)...imagine if that deal happened with mayweather vs de la hoya or pacquiao vs de la hoya
