Either way this fight generate public interest, so in the interest of the public...get it done or don't...no more pretense.
So it isn't cool for a fighter to seek to protect himself. Sorry, I disagree. I'm well aware it's in his own best interest (just like everything else a fighter negotiates???). That doesn't change anything. Again, what is wrong with drug testing? I'll tell you what's wrong...the other guy didn't like it.

            What is new

Making bigger demands...that is expected from KFC. KFC is expected to make more unimaginable road blocks just to prevent the fight with Manny Pacquiao to happen. He did it last time and the fight did not happen. So what is new. Now that Manny Pacquiao agreed to KFC's 14 day cut off for the infamous blood test, the public is now expecting the Mayweather group to make more impossible requirements so the ugly duckling can run away from the Pacman.
            This is bad news.

Since the minute mayweather retired they been taking the cheap way to his p4p status, by not fighting any live bodies and fight guys who are either weight drained (de la hoya) was ko'd previously to fighting them (hatton) or has to come down from his natural weight (cotto) Funny how they use the assessment "That since manny ko'd the 2 guys that floyd fought last, (prior to him fighting marquez) that he's as good as floyd or better.. However, they won't dare use that assessment when they look at how he demolished Marquez who Pacquiao struggled with. The naysayers say, well he made a guy come up 2 weight classes, so it's a problem, but they could fight Cotto at 145lbs, and bring de la hoya down to a weight he didn't fight in over a decade and NOBODY SAYS ****.
              I agree 100%

Pac sang on Jimmy Kimmel for god sakes, he connects with a younger audience and was given the first seat on Jay Leno or David Letterman, not at the conclusion of their shows. He has an accessible personality which helps. Floyd did big numbers because of the residual effect of his first 24/7. I bet the house if he takes on what people perceive as soft touches and without HBO 24/7 his numbers will drop substantially. I also guarantee you if he fought someone like Clottey he wouldn't have done comparable numbers and half the stadium would have been empty.
I don't know what Cotto is, but he's approached 500K PPV buys as the A side of his promotions with Margarito and Mosley. And in Mosley career, he's never been on the A side of any PPV event. As for what Pac did as far as putting 50K in Jerryworld, you forget, a lot of those tickets were cheap. I've been to one fight the magnitde of Mayweather-Mosley, and that was Lewis-Tyson. And I spent $400 to sit one row from the top of the arean. That was almost a decade ago. I'm pretty sure the cheapest Mayweather-Mosley tix weren't far from that. Pacquaio-Clottey sold tix as low as $20 and there were standign rooms tix available for $10. That's why even though 50K attended, the Mayweather-Mosley live gate still did more in terms of revenue.

Bottom line Team Pac still want it their way. Floyd just has to lay down an ultimatum and keep it moving if they don't wanna comply. F--k them and the BS games they play.
