blatant nuthuggery in effect if you want either one of em to have more than 50%.

i thought it was about the fight?

i thought it was about the testing?

well pac is good to go with those two things if its split money.

but here come's floyd. " i want more money"..... lol ask any unbiased, non-nuthugger fan and theyd say that's an AFLAC

Remember when cotto and pac ppv out done floyds ppv with marquez by a wider margin before the first negotiations. pac didn't ask for a higher split so why is floyd asking for one now.
Dude a wide margin is (Mayweather vs Delahoya 2.45)
      (Pacquiao vs Delahoya 1.25)

Not a wide margin (Mayweather vs Marquez 1.1)
      (Pacquiao vs Cotto 1.2)

Boxing should only care if the fight is being made, not how much money the fighter should get since you are not seeing any of it.
But you're dealing with alot of idiots here who are not really boxing fans, so they will never understand it. It really is a shame when one of the biggest fight of our generation is being jeopardized and instead of everyone willing to compromise, and pressuring their idols to meet in an agreement, they care more about how their idol feels, even though they know it will only ruin the negotiations and the sport of boxing.

I really don't get it. If this fight doesn't happen, years from now, you'll all realize how ****ing ******ed all these arguments are, especially when you may never see two boxers in the same talent as Pac & Floyd. Really pathetic.

so if floyd knew he was the bigger draw from the first negotiations why did agree to 50-50. What has changed.

            What a shame..

            fight should be 50/50
It's not ducking...Team Pacquiao want everything their way..Although, 50/50 is fair, but it isn't when Pacquiao want a 14 days cutoff..Pac nor Floyd should have the upper hand..If Pac want it 50/50, he must agree to take the test randomly..If Floyd want it 60/40, he/USADA must agree with Manny's 14 days cutoff..

let them argue. it doesn't affect **** with the real negotiations May&Pac are having behind close doors.

but i agree, the arguments are redundant, the people arguing are full ******s.

                Is this really news?

                Floyd's last 2 PPVs vs Manny's last 2 PPVs

                Pacquiao-Clottey 700k
                Pacquiao-Cotto 1.2Mill
                Pacquiao's last 2 fight totals=1.9Mill

                Mayweather-Marquez 1.1 Mill
                Mayweather-Mosley 1.4Mill
                Mayweather's last 2 fight totals= 2.5Mill

That's 600k more PPVs which is a significant amount imo to at least warrant a 55-45 split in favor of Mayweather. Not to mention Floyd beat his last opponent and took OST's so we know he beat him cleanly.

Asking anything more from either side is just greed and a way to prevent the fight from happening.
It can be said for both..If Floyd want it to be 60/40 with no cutoff date, then he doesn't want the fight and want the upper hand..If Manny want it to be 50/50, he should accept random testing..

Floyd really wanted the fight THATS WHY HE AGREED TO 50/50.
What changed is that Floyd made 40 million fighting Mosley and did 1.4 PPV
while Pacquiao made maybe 15-20million and did 700,000 PPV.

Not only did Team Pacquaio not take the first deal, they also turned around and negotiated a fight with clottey for a March fight in Cowboys Stadium when they knew Team Mayweather had already set that March date aside for Mayweather at the MGM.

So why should Team Mayweather give two ****s about pac?
