    Exactly, now your getting it.

The fight will happen and Pac will bend to every demand. What your seeing is the truth behind who really needs this fight.

You thought Manny was bigger than Floyd but the scam is over.

Team Package is basically down on one knee and they completely submit by the end of the summer.

    • First it was testing.. Now it's the purse. LOL! Floyd been looking suspect since he accused manny of being on PEDs (extraordinary). Floyd is bigger/taller/longer reach/ "slicker".

Mannys trying to compromise to make the fight.. manny wants to fight. Does floyd?

He shouldn't and more than likely won't. He did bigger numbers vs. common opponents, and his last two fights have out sold Manny's last two fights. These are the facts bottomline. If you out sell your opponent(meaning you are proven to bring in more money), then why would you accept an even purse. Thats essentially like the owner of Microsoft accepting the same wage as a stock boy in a Omaha,NE plant(well maybe not that drastic, but you get the picture that I'm painting).

At the end of the Day. Pac's camp picked Clottey in March because his name was still viable, as he fight a very close fight with Cotto. Team Pac did NOT expect Floyd to fight the #1 WW in the division, hell Pac didn't want to fight the #1 WW in the division. The either banked on Floyd sitting on the shelf or taking a lesser opponent than Clottey, which(let's be honest)would've been anybody other than Shane. When Alverez, Hatton, and even Malignaggi were mentioned ya'll tore these boards down with hate and disdain for Floyd and said he was BLATTENTLY ducking Shane(The True WW), now that Floyd has dispatched Shane into damn near obscurity; it's "Oh Shane is shot, he grew old overnight. He's not the same fighter he once was".............Bull****, ya'll let the ****in Margo victory that Shane picked up in January 2009 last all the way up until the end of the 3rd round on May 1st 2010.

I have Boxer's that I consider my favorites, just like the rest of ya'll do. But let's not be blind to the fact that Boxing is a business and has been since it's inception. Don't let the "blind love" you have for a certain fighter cloud the obvious facts at hand. Pac had his chance at 50/50 and blew it. The only thing Pac has done since he walked away from the very same deal he is now(After Floyd has more bargaining power.......Don't quite understand why he thinks that Floyd is gonna throw the same deal out there?????)asking for is 1.) Beat a gun shy Clottey in the 2nd worse fight of the year (behind P.Will vs. Kermit), and 2.) became a Congressman. Sorry ya'll but you gets no points at the "Boxing" negotiation tables because you're a newly elected politician, it just simply doesn't work that way.

Floyd is not saying anything just like the last time. And he has a right to carry it as such, even more so now because he did what most of ya'll thought he wouldn't do.....He beat the #1 WW handily. He's already given his stance on the testing, the money, and the venue. There's nothing more for Floyd to say, ya'll along with Pac are not taking this man seriously, so don't be surprised if he fights Sergio in December at 154, in an attemp to show everybody that "All roads" DO in fact lead to Floyd Mayweather. I say Floyd shouldn't budge at all. He's earned the right.

Here comes the hate in 5........4...........3.........2........1.
Well put, but sadly both side have each fighters nuts in their face they won't agree and will hate for no real reason.

What changed is that Floyd made 40 million fighting Mosley and did 1.4 PPV while Pacquiao made maybe 15-20million and did 700,000 PPV. Not only did Team Pacquaio not take the first deal, they also turned around and negotiated a fight with clottey for a March fight in Cowboys Stadium when they knew Team Mayweather had already set that March date aside for Mayweather at the MGM. So why should Team Mayweather give two ****s about pac?
becvause floyd really wanted the fight back then and now he doesn't. we get it!

            • I tried avoiding this debate but I can't help but laugh every time I read this:
Team Pacquiao said yesterday that there were reports the undefeated American has demanded a bigger share of the purse for the showdown being planned for Nov. 13.

“We just got word that it seems to be that way,” said Pacquiao’s lawyer, Franklin Gacal

Man, these guys are negotiating with themselves so well they've started making up responses for Team Mayweather . LOL @ them hearing reports that "it seems that way." You can't make this stuff up!

Bob Arum and his blatant teams are always going to talk ****. I think they're just desperate..Not only did they predicted Floyd wouldn't fight Mosley, Floyd also double their PPV sales..

but this excuse really ***s **** up....this is so disappointing, especially when mayweather said himself on espn that pacquiao was a top attraction and he's earned his position...

then he wants to compare the fight with ?clottey? (which he still did 51k in that stadium all by his damn self...against a hall of famer, former pound for pound best, and one of the current stars of the sport - shane mosley....unbelievable!

in the welterweight division, everyone knew the top boxers are mayweather, pacquiao, mosley, and cotto....floyd's team even said this is a little mini tournament in the welterweight division between the four mentioned

i agree with team pac on this and that if anything should be compared, it should be mayweather/mosley (1.4mil) against pacquiao/cotto (1.25mil)...and that is pretty damn close, and i'm sure even if mayweather would want a higher purse based on the difference between that you'd could only give him a 55%-45%...and i'm sure GBP and top rank would of figured out a way to get pac his desired share (kind of like what happened with the negotiations with pac/hatton....

i was so sure this fight was gonna get made! (unless, mayweather would of continued with his drug crusade lol)....but when i started hearing mayweather SR. come out and say "why did pacquiao change his mind all of a sudden?" and "my son will never fight pacquiao", i knew those were bad signs and this definitely leaves me to believe, that mayweather DOESN NOT want to fight pacquiao...

i love mayweather and am a huge fan of his (and if u were to teach someone about boxing, you'd show them mayweather)....but this clearly ***s up my views on him forever...i guess we all know who really wanted the fight

                    UN ***ING BELIEVABLE
You really don't know what's been going on. You should take you picture down quick before people realize how misinformed you are.

Team Pacquiao said yesterday that there were reports the undefeated American has demanded a bigger share of the purse for the showdown being planned for Nov. 13.

“We just got word that it seems to be that way,” said Pacquiao’s lawyer, Franklin Gacal, yesterday, just hours after Pacquiao was discharged from the hospital after a second bout with acid reflux.

“But we will never agree to that,” said Gacal, who added that Mayweather now believes he deserves a bigger share than Pacquiao based on the pay-per-view sales of their most recent fights.

Mayweather and Mosley sold 1.4 million PPV hits last May 1 while Pacquiao did around 700,000 in his fight with Joshua Clottey last March.

However, Gacal said the fight with Clottey should not be used as a gauge of Pacquiao’s drawing power, but the one he had against Miguel Cotto late last year, a 12-round contest that sold 1.25 million hits.

“It’s the Cotto fight they should look at and not the Clottey fight. And it’s pretty even, so we’re sticking to the fifty-fifty percent split between Manny and Floyd if they ever fight,” said Gacal.

The lawyer did not confirm if it was Bob Arum, in the US quietly trying to make the superfight happen, who told them that Mayweather is now demanding for a bigger purse.

But Pacquiao’s business manager, Eric Pineda, said word indeed reached the Pacquiao camp yesterday that Mayweather now wants a bigger share of the purse. In case of a 50-50 sharing, the two fighters can earn around $40 million each.

“Yes, we were told that Floyd now wants a bigger share. And if that’s the case, we now feel that he really doesn’t want to fight Manny because Floyd knows we will never agree on that,” said Pineda.

Apparently, Pacquiao was not happy with the news because it could mean that the fight will never take place.

Pacquiao said a few days ago he was giving in to Mayweather’s demand to have blood tests taken 14 days before the fight, or even closer than that as long as it’s not on the day of the fight itself.

But Pacquiao’s willingness to do more blood tests were met by reports that Mayweather, as of February, had renewed his demand. From 14 days, he said he wants it done “all the way to the fight.”

If Floyd got the balls then why not 70/30 purse and 70/30 PPV and gates.

This way both will try to Beat or kick each others ass when they meet.
