point is you guys shouldn't be bitching at vitali for this fight...

he and wlad already destroyed the top contenders of the HW diviison, and vitali is a guy who likes to stay active

its either this, or no fight

so be grateful he still wants to fight

this is his last year, and this is more likely a stay-busy fight for a future showdown with haye....................

Its just a Tune up for big Vit, he has been putting in good work against legit contenders since he came out of retirement to easily beat defending champ Peter.......besides not much else going on for him, I mean he wanted Valuev but he wasn't interested.

With all due respect to Sosnowski, he's a terrible boxer. This is a keep busy fight for Vitali.

I think someone like Francesco Pianeta(who beat Sosnowski IMO) would have been more deserving of a title shot. Hell even Derek Chisora and Sam Sexton would have been better opponents IMO.

Vitali is almost 39, came back after a 4 year layoff and fought:

Samuel Peter (30-1) - Very tough and dangerous big puncher. WBC Heavyweight Champ, coming off impressive wins over Maskaev and Toney.

Vitali completely dominated every round and made Peter QUIT.

Juan Carlos Gomez (44-1) - Very skilled slick southpaw. One of the greatest cruiserweights of all time, made 11 dominant world title defences. He was the WBC #1 contender mandatory, coming off impressive dominant win over Ring Top 10 HW at the time, hard hitting Vladimir Virchis.

Vitali dominated Gomez, knocked him down 3 times and won by KO.

Chris Arreola (27-0) - Another very tough and dangerous big puncher. Undefeated WBC #1 contender mandatory, coming off impressive 4th round KO over big durable McCline.

Vitali completely dominated every round and TKO'd Arreola.

Kevin Johnson (22-0) - Another undefeated fighter. One of the best American heavyweights.

Vitali completely dominated every round to win a shutout 120-108. Johnson was running scared from Vitali the whole fight and was in survival mode from start to finish. If that coward Johnson had actually opened up and fought like a man he would've gotten KTFO by Vitali.

Vitali tried to get fights with Haye, Valuev, Solis, Povetkin, etc...but they all turned it down, none of them want to get destroyed by Vitali. Everyone is scared to death of the Klitschko Brothers.

Props to Sosnowski for having the balls to step up and take the fight.

This is a stay-busy/tune-up fight for Vitali. Sosnowski is the European heavyweight champion. He's a decent fighter. Unlike that survival mode coward Kevin Johnson, Sosnowski is a proud Polish warrior who will actually come to fight and take risks.

I'm pumped for this fight. WAR Vitali!!!

I wish Haye would fight him next.

He should go for Adamek, Tua or Solis if Haye chickens out (which he very likely will).

Those guys you mentioned are hardly heavyweight quality. The division is just not what is was in the years past. Not taking anything away from Klit though, he is just a rose in a garden of dead weeds. I'd love to see Klitchsko-Haye sometime soon
