that may very well be true....or it may not be...it's an interesting debate....however Xylocaine does not appear on WADA, USADA or NSAC prohibited substance list.........so it's moot.

Again, according to USADA standards, if youre not being tested, youre cheating.

Floyd and Manny are being tested the same amount right now. But if USADA had their way floyd would still be giving it up.

In a *******'s mind, of course these cops are different. Floyd is bribing them with money that he doesn't have because he didn't pay his taxes...

On a serious note, you don't know if Floyd is still being tested or not. But what we do know is that two fighters went through with the testing and are still alive and well today.

indeed........but i don't see it giving a fighter a bigger edge than say HGH, EPO or anabolic steroid use would. Plenty of MLB, NBA and NFL players use Lidocaine on knees, shoulders, ankles etc so they can play with injuries......


it's different in that i don't see it giving him an edge over other fighters with bad hands (they can also use it) or fighters with good hands, who don't need to use it......a fighter with strong hands is still at an advantage over one with weak hands who needs to use Lidocaine.....

I don't want these guys anywhere near the sport. As if Training, Sparring, eating right, making weight, no sex, waking up to run, re-hydrating and fighting isn't enough.

We dont need these guys doing random tests all the time. I would agree to it only for "mega" fights. Otherwise there is just way to much that these guys need to do to prepare for fights.

Also, who is paying for this? It costs a fortune to build a fighter and to put on an event no matter how big or small it is. Promoters don't need more bull**** fee's, that's for sure.
