I totally agree with TT that there are only three reasons to decline testing":


1) Unfamiliarity/Fear
2) Inconvenience
3) Deception.

Tygart just has a very credible vibe to me. TO ME. The way he speaks. His willingness to be open in the media, his background.

that may very well be true....or it may not be...it's an interesting debate....however Xylocaine does not appear on WADA, USADA or NSAC prohibited substance list.........so it's moot.

How does a topical or local anesthetic remove the BRITTLENESS from your hands? It won't make you punch harder. It would not increase the tensile strength from your bones.
