Noticed what? Did he go on record and agree to Random testing, meaning people dropping in on him at any day after the fight has been signed, to test him. Whether they drop in on him 10 times or just 1 time, as long as it's random and can be done at anytime until the fight. Did he agree to that?

A lot of people try to spin the Mosley-Mayweather testing, as if there was a 18 day cut off, either misunderstanding or purposely distorting what RANDOM testing means. It doesn't mean that they come to your house every day, until the fight. It means that they have the right and can knock on your door at any day, whether it's just once to catch you by surprise, or numerous times.

If he would acknowledge that he understands what what Random Testing means and go on record that he agrees to it, then we could take that message to Floyd, so he can stop repeating the same old **** about taking the test, that we've been hearing about for over a year.

It seems like these two camps live on different planets and I don't just blame Floyd for it. Pacquiao's English seems to deteriorate whenever drug testing is brought up.

That's old news from Arum, the liar, who tells a lie today and tells the truth tomorrow, as he would say.

Since then we've seen a video with Ariza, one of Manny's closest associates, who spends a lot of time with him, and he (Ariza) reverted back to the same position that they had many months ago. As in, "Floyd isn't the commission, we'll listen to what the Commission says", and I'm paraphrasing.

Don't just nitpick articles for your confirmation bias:

            when it suits your agenda.

Sidenote: I'm not on either guys side. One guy is holding up the fight for his persistence on Random Testing, and the other is holding it up for never clearly agreeing to it. And when it seems like he is agreeing, it's always vague, as in, "yes yes i agree to testing, no problem, i wanna kno if this real reason for no fight" blah. What exactly is he agreeing to? Manny: "me no need floyd, my promoter choose next opponent and i make people happy by giving exciting fight". Lets sit this guy down and pick his brain in a interview, with a translator if necessary, until he has agreed to specific random testing.

Stopped reading right there. Since when was Alex Ariza involved in fight negotiations. Could've sworn that was Bob Arum's department, but I guess Ariza is now his promoter too. Like I said, take the news to Floyd like you said you would and let me know what he says.

My guess is 'Pacquiao need to become his own boss' or 'Pacquiao take money to the Philippines and I make it rain here. Red, white, and blue' or 'vacation time'. But hey, maybe he'll surprise us all and say he wants the fight now (then say you put words in his mouth and he never said that afterwards).

Hop to it, lemme know how it goes

That's because you only favor information that confirms your preconceptions or hypotheses regardless of whether the information is true. In other words, you want it to be true.

Arum is not a reliable source. Ariza is with Pacquiao every day, he would know better what Pacquiao's position is. And I'm sure he doesn't have Pac's approval to go around, saying things that could jeopardize the fight, if it isn't true.

My hunch is, Pacquiao has agreed to previous stipulations of a cutoff date. But because his answers are always so vague, nobody hears it. If I'm wrong, lets sit him down and get to the bottom of it.

Did Arum ever figure out if WADA would do the testing? He did say USADA was no good.
