This will be Haye's toughest test yet at HW and possibly ever. Props to him if he takes the fight, and David should win. Chagaev has one stoppage in his last 8 fights, so it's doubtful he stops Haye and I don't think he has the mobility anymore to chase Haye around the ring for 12 and score effectively enough to win a decision.
