Leija has an endorsement deal with I think Verizon or some phone company, why in the hell would he get that is beyond me.
            Prince Naseem was with Addidas.

It depends on what you mean by highest. If its for average per player, I'm guessing F1 or gold. If its for overall wages given out, Im guessing football(soccer). If you mean highest of the top guys, boxing.

                Depends on their amateur career.

The average is 100 per round and that is generous, Ray Leonard made a boatload. Like I said it all depends on your amateur career but on average $100 a round and that is generous.

I have 2 friends who are promoters and they pay them 80 per round and if the fight ends in a KO he gives them a $100 bonus. They both have good plans laid out for their fighters though and pays them decently for their stars and paid a 4 rounder coming up 10k and bought him a new car.

Basketball and formula 1 racing pays the most money I believe! guys like tiger woods make money through endorsements, you have tons of nba players who are set for life without having any shoe endorsements. their is alot of plays in the nba getting 10 to 20 million a year. Kevin garnett gets like 29 million a year.

ok boys and girls let me school you on this.... pro sports do not pay as much as people would think, GOLF!!!!! i seen that a few people mentioned golf well if you did and think that your a complete moron! if you win lets say the us open you win 2.5 mill, minus taxes fees managers, caddies etc.. u get 1 cash, now where ALL pro athletes make all there money is ENDORSMENTS!!!!!! not actually playing there respected sport but from ENDORSMENTS!! so it doesnt matter which pro sport pays the most its the person playing the sport, personality, stats, charisma many things come into play in order to make a multi million dollar enforsment deal. Lebron James made around 2 mill playing for the cavs this year he got 105 millin from nike and 10 mill from sprite thats where he made his $. Now soccer on the other hand thats a per goal payment plan for instance david beckam or however you spell it makes over 25 mill a year 2 mill per goal and insentives.now the MOST paid athlete believe it or not is schumaker he races formula one cars he makes around 750 mill a year reason.... he is sponsored by ferrari and endorsed by over 50 companys thats how the race car drivers make there money with all those little stickers on there cars, so people please! remmember!!!! its not the sport that pays these athletes all this money its the major corporations that shell out millions upon millions so an all-star caliber athlete would endorse there product! thank you and i wish i taught some of you fools something! BYE!
